My BAZZ Smart Home products are Offline.
If your products are offline, it may be due to several issues such as your products are not (manually) powered on, high bandwidth usage, wireless interference and more.
- First, make sure your products are manually powered on.
- If the Offline status is intermittent, verify if there is a high bandwidth usage or wireless interference.
- If the Offline status is permanent, consider restarting pairing your products (see Product Instructions).
