Before going through troubleshooting tips, first make sure you have updated your BAZZ Smart Home Application on your iOS or Android device to the latest version.

• My BAZZ Smart Home products are Offline.
• WiFi Interference or unstable WiFi Signal.
• New router or WiFi password.
• If you move into a home with BAZZ Smart Home products.
